2026 Super Sprint Entry Fees

Individual entry: R650 / TSA LICENSES R55
Team entry: R1850 / R165 (for all three athletes)

Please note: TSA license per athlete is compulsory unless you are a member – if so, please provide your membership number.

Minimum age for Super Sprint Triathlon – 12 years

Swim Section

350m – Nqweba Dam

The 350m swimming leg of the Super Sprint Event will start at the Camdeboo National Park Boat Club premises at the Nqweba Dam and is made up of 175m out and back swim. There will be buoys and safety swimmers in the water to guide swimmers.

Cycle Route

12km – Off-Road

Once finished with the swim leg, competitors will transition into their cycling gear for the 12km cycling leg. Competitors will cycle through town onto the Murrysburg Road, into the Camdeboo National Park and back to transition 2 on the Union High School field.

Run Route

2.5km – Road

The 2.5km running leg will start at transition 2, out of the Union hostel gate, after which the competitors will run through the town of Graaff-Reinet, ending up back at the Union High School grounds.
